Domain Name Registration - £2.99 + VAT
We charge £ 5 for .UK domain names and £ 8.50 for .COM etc Domain Names. We point these at your SiteGenerator site or another site and forward all email to an address of your choice.
Company Register - £15.00 + VAT
We can provide you with two types of statutory register, either loose leaf or bound. We recommend loose leaf since it is much easier to print out minutes etc on a word processor and insert them into the register. You can use a standard file as your register it just needs to contain all the relevant information.
Company Seal - £15.00 + VAT
Company Seal this is no longer a mandatory requirement for companies. However they are nice and allow you to seal company documents. The seals crush the paper to give a raised mark with your company name and optionally company number. It depends on the length of your company name as to whither it is best to order the seal with name only or name and number.
Nominee Secretary - £50.00 + VAT
Our dormant limited company @UKPLC Client Secretary Ltd can act as your company secretary. The fee for this is £ 50 and covers completing the annual return. All other company secretarial work e.g. Issuing shares, Transfers, Minutes of meetings, Notices for Annual General Meeting and other company secretarial work will be charged at appropriate hourly rates from £ 70 to £ 190 per hour. Standard matters are at the £ 70 rate complex advice is at higher rates along with referral to appropriate professionals.
Registered Office - £50.00 + VAT
As your registered office we will forward all official correspondence onto you on a next day basis. You get 10 items included in the annual fee further items are charged at £ 1 + postage. Most companies just receive an annual return, accounts reminder and an Inland Revenue return. We have over 500 companies using this address as a registered office so we reserve the right to terminate the registered office service immediately if in our judgement the service might in anyway prejudice our address.
Dormant Company - £50.00 + VAT
We keep your company dormant and pass the appropriate resolutions along with filling dormant accounts and annual returns. We act as the registered office for the company and our Nominees stay on as director and secretary until such time as you wish to take over the running of the company. We do not charge Company Secretary or Registered office fees for providing these services for a dormant company so the only fee you pay is the £ 50 per annum dormant company fee. You can choose to have the subscriber share transferred to you after incorporation so that you own the company or we can continue to hold this in trust on your behalf.
